	DICKINSON LAW HOSTS VIRTUAL JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION ON FREEDOM DAY June 29, 2020 — More than 100 members of the Penn State Dickinson Law community came together on Zoom to mark the Juneteenth holiday on Friday, June 19, 2020. Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, commemorates June 19, 1865—a day that celebrates enslaved black people being freed. Organized by Dickinson Law Dean and Donald J. Farage Professor of Law Danielle M. Conway, the Dean’s Diversity & Inclusion Trusted Advisors, the Black Law Students Association, and the Dickinson Law Alumni Society, the virtual event celebrated community, culture, and conversation.
	A PAIR OF DICKINSON LAW ALUMNI LEAD IN UNPRECEDENTED TIMES June 29, 2020 — COVID-19 posed no shortage of challenges for Dickinson Law alumni Mark J. Cutrona ’06 and Holly Vaughn Wagner ’08, who together lead the Legislative Council Division of Research in Dover, Delaware—one of only 50 legislative research bureaus in the country.
	DICKINSON LAW ANNOUNCES NEW ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF LAWYERING SKILLS June 2020 — Michael A. Blasie, Esq. has joined the Dickinson Law resident faculty as assistant professor of lawyering skills. He will teach Legal Writing and Analysis, which focuses on building legal writing, reasoning, analysis, and critical thinking—all essential lawyering skills used in today’s law practice.
	VISITING PROFESSOR OF LAW BRINGS EXPERTISE IN BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTO ASSETS, INFORMATION PRIVACY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY June 2020 — Penn State Dickinson Law is pleased to welcome leading scholar Tonya M. Evans to its faculty roster as visiting professor of law for the 2020-21 academic year. 	DICKINSON LAW ANNOUNCES NEW RESIDENT FACULTY APPOINTMENT June 3, 2020 — Titichia M. Jackson, Esq., former director of bar preparation and support for North Carolina Central University School of Law, has joined the faculty of Penn State Dickinson Law as assistant professor of lawyering skills and director of academic success and bar passage.
	RISING SECOND-YEAR DICKINSON LAW STUDENTS NAMED RURAL SUMMER LEGAL CORPS STUDENT FELLOWS June 3, 2020 — Penn State Dickinson Law students Myla Garcia ‘22 and Kendell Wilson ‘22 were recently named Student Fellows as part of the 2020 Rural Summer Legal Corps Fellowship. Selected from an applicant pool of 446, Garcia and Wilson are two of the 35 law students who will serve in the 2020 class of Rural Summer Legal Corps and help address the effects of COVID-19 in rural communities across the nation.

	DICKINSON LAW CELEBRATES JURIS DOCTOR AND MASTER OF LAWS GRADUATES May 20, 2020 — The global health pandemic may have resulted in the postponement of Dickinson Law’s traditional in-person commencement ceremony for the class of 2020, but it did not stop administration, faculty, staff, students and alumni from collectively recognizing the accomplishments of the Law School’s juris doctor and master of laws graduates.
	DICKINSON LAW WELCOMES LEGAL SCHOLAR TO FACULTY May 2020 — Raff Donelson has been named assistant professor of law, Penn State Dickinson Law, effective June 1, 2020. Currently assistant professor of law and philosophy at Louisiana State University, Donelson will teach constitutional law, criminal procedure, and jurisprudence at Dickinson Law.
