Penn State Dickinson Law has it all: two vibrant locations; decades of leading legal education as one of the oldest law schools in the country; supportive and intentionally small classes with individualized attention from professors who love practicing the law and shaping its future; and all the amazing resources and networks that come with being a Penn State student.

Our application will be opening on September 15, 2024.

Two vibrant locations.
Consistent with Penn State’s mission as a land-grant institution, Dickinson Law operates as one law school with two locations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania: Carlisle and University Park. Through our two locations, Dickinson Law provides unparalleled access to a legal education and public service to support the citizens of the Commonwealth and beyond. Dickinson Law’s historic home and primary location in Carlisle allows students easy access to the state capitol and provides a charming backdrop for your studies. Dickinson Law also has an additional location in University Park, enabling law students to study at Penn State’s largest campus.
