Law Reviews and Journals

Penn State Dickinson Law students edit and publish four scholarly journals that include articles and commentary on timely legal topics. Students who are involved with the journals gain experience in substantive law and legal research, writing, and analysis. In addition to researching and writing their own articles, students work closely with leading academics who submit scholarly articles to the journals.

Penn State Dickinson Law offers a distinguished tradition of law journals going back to 1897. Joining one of our student-run law journals offers numerous benefits, including helping you better prepare for the bar and real-world legal practice; increasing your competitiveness in the job market, especially when applying to positions in Big Law or judicial clerkships; and providing valuable networking and leadership opportunities. NOTE: The Dickinson Law Review and Penn State Law Review are reunifying in 2026 to form the Penn State Dickinson Law Review. That transition will take place over the 2026-27 academic year.
