Samantha Prince PROFESSOR PRINCE’S ARTICLE ACCEPTED FOR PUBLICATION BY TULANE LAW REVIEW

March 2023 — Professor Samantha Prince’s article, “Deducting Dobbs: The Tax Treatment of Abortion-Related Travel Benefits,” was accepted for publication by the Tulane Law Review. Her article will appear in its Fall 2023 issue. Full story

Dermot Groome GROOME CONTRIBUTES CHAPTER ON THE 1904 GENOCIDE OF THE NAMA AND HERERO PEOPLES OF PRESENT-DAY NAMIBIA

March 2023 — T.M.C. Asser Press, a division of Spring Books, recently published Contemporary International Criminal Law Issues — Contributions in Pursuit of Accountability for Africa and the World. Professor Dermot Groome contributed a chapter which considers the atrocity crimes committed against the Herero and Nama peoples of Southern Africa (modern-day Namibia) between 1904 and 1907 by German colonial forces. March 2023 — Professor Emerita Laurel S. Terry’s article entitled The Role of the ABA’s “Summits” in Facilitating Global Networks and International Cross-Border Legal Practice recently was published in a Symposium honoring Professor Bob Lutz. Her fifty-page article documented a decade of international “summits” sponsored by the ABA and explained their significance in helping establish global legal profession networks. Full story
