September 2021 — Professor Amy C. Gaudion was selected to present at the 49th Annual Research Conference on Communications, Information, and Internet Policy, hosted by TPRC. Professor Gaudion PROFESSOR GAUDION INVITED TO GIVE LECTURE AS PART OF U.S. ARMY HERITAGE AND EDUCATION CENTER'S 2021-22 SERIES ON CYBER WAR

September 2021 — Professor Amy C. Gaudion was invited to give an address as part of the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center’s 2021-2022 Lecture Series on Cyber War. The lecture will take place on September 16, 2021, and is part of a year-long series examining cyber conflicts, and featuring other scholars, including Professor Peter Campbell of Baylor University, and Peter W. Singer, noted author and Strategist and Senior Fellow at New America. Full story

March 2021 — Deans Danielle M. Conway, Amy Gaudion, and Bekah Saidman-Krauss, and Professor Dermot Groome will participate in Rutgers Law School’s April 2021 Race and the Law Review Symposium entitled Building an Anti-Racist Curriculum and Law School. Their remarks and multiple law review articles explain how Dickinson Law’s faculty is operationalizing its unanimous resolution to develop an antiracist curriculum. Full story

Amy Gaudion PROFESSOR GAUDION’S STUDENTS PREPARE FOR JOINT CYBERSPACE EXERCISE WITH U.S. ARMY WAR COLLEGE

February 2021 — Students in Professor Amy Gaudion’s Cybersecurity Law & Policy course are preparing for the 2021 Joint Cyberspace Law & Policy Exercise, an annual collaboration between Penn State Dickinson Law the U.S. Army War College. In this exercise, teams of Dickinson Law and U.S. Army War College students attempt to resolve an international cyberspace dispute. Full story

Belmont Law Review PROFESSOR GAUDION DISCUSSES NEED TO RETHINK OVERSIGHT FOR CYBER OPERATIONS AT THE BELMONT LAW REVIEW SYMPOSIUM

January 2021 — Professor Amy Gaudion spoke at the 2021 Belmont Law Review Symposium about the legal framework governing the U.S. government’s use of cyber space operations. July 2020 — Associate Dean Amy C. Gaudion joined educational leaders from around the country to discuss the challenges of providing legal education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Amy C. Gaudion PROFESSOR GAUDION PARTICIPATES IN PSU OPIOID RESPONSE TABLE-TOP EXERCISE

September 2019 — Professor Amy C. Gaudion recently participated in a tabletop exercise examining the contours of the opioid crisis and its impact on homeland security. This exercise was held in collaboration with multiple Penn State University partners and was held at PEMA headquarters. Full story
