PROFESSOR MAKHLOUF LEADS WORKSHOP AT ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON CLINICAL LEGAL EDUCATION May 2022 — Professor Medha D. Makhlouf facilitated a workshop she organized at the annual Conference on Clinical Legal Education titled “Lessons for Clinicians from The Art of Gathering and Beyond.” The workshop described and modeled strategies for enhancing clinical gatherings of all kinds, including supervision and evaluation sessions, staff meetings, celebrations, and virtual and in-person convenings. PROFESSOR WILLIAMS TO PRESENT HER LEGAL RESEARCH AT THE 2022 NATIONAL BUSINESS LAW SCHOLARS CONFERENCE May 2022 — Professor Sarah Williams has accepted an invitation to present her work-in-progress, Regulatory Personhood: The Elixir For Auditor Oversight Redundancy Between the SEC and the PCAOB, at the 2022 National Business Law Scholars Conference (NBLSC) to be held June 16 and 17 at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. PROFESSOR EMERITA LAUREL S. TERRY RECEIVES THE 2022 RAMBO AWARD March 2022 — Professor Laurel S. Terry, who is the H. Laddie Montague Jr. Chair in Law and Professor of Law Emerita, recently received the 2022 Hon. Sylvia H. Rambo Award during a ceremony held at Penn State Dickinson Law. The Rambo Award is presented annually by the Penn State Dickinson Law Women’s Law Caucus to a woman in the legal profession who has had a distinguished career and who, by example, has made the professional success of other women more likely.
