PROFESSOR SAMANTHA PRINCE AND RESEARCH ASSISTANTS LUKE GORMAN AND NICOLE CESANEK COMMENT ON THE EFFECTS OF VESTING SCHEDULES ON VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE October 2024 — Professor Samantha J. PROFESSOR MEDHA MAKHLOUF ATTENDED CONVENING ON COMMUNITY HEALTH IN PERU September 2024 — Professor Medha D. Makhlouf was selected to attend a Convening on Community Health hosted by the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity (AFHE), from September 9-13, in Lima, Peru. PROFESSOR WILLIAMS PRESENTS HER CURRENT RESEARCH PROJECT ON AUDITOR REGULATION AT THE 2024 WOMEN IN LAW AND FINANCE CONFERENCE IN PHILADELPHIA, PA September 2024 — Professor Sarah Williams attended the 3rd Annual Women in Law and Finance Conference, co-sponsored by the Wharton Initiative on Financial Policy & Regulation and the U Penn Carey Law Institute for Law and Economics’ Women in Business Law Initiative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 26-27. Professor Williams presented a draft of her current work-in-progress, Transparency Transition in Auditor Oversight, which is the third installment in Professor Williams’ exploration of the regulatory scheme created for public company auditors under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. PROFESSOR EMERITA TERRY PUBLISHES TWO ARTICLES ABOUT INTERNATIONAL LEGAL SERVICES September 2024 — Professor Emerita Laurel S. Terry is the author of two articles published in the Summer 2024 issue of The Bar Examiner.
