June 2022 — Professor Samantha Prince has authored open-source course books for her Entrepreneurship Law: Company Creation and Entrepreneurship Law: Operational Issues courses. June 2021 — Professor Samantha Prince presented her current research on modernizing the 401(k) plan to accommodate the modern transient workforce at the National Business Law Scholar Conference 2021 that was held via Zoom. Her presentation explained why 401(k) plan vesting schedules for employer contributions fail workers who change jobs frequently. Full story
