PENN STATE DICKINSON LAW ANNOUNCES NEW RESIDENT FACULTY APPOINTMENT February 3, 2022 — Penn State Dickinson Law is pleased to welcome Daryl Lim to its resident faculty beginning July 1, 2022. Lim will join Dickinson Law as the H. Laddie Montague Jr. Chair Professor in Law, teaching courses on intellectual property law, civil procedure, and antitrust law. Lim will also serve as Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development, and Director of IP Law and Innovation Initiative. Read more |

GENDER AND RACIAL EQUITY SPEAKER SERIES February 2022 — Penn State Dickinson Law is proud to present an intersectional speaker series focused on gender and racial equity. “QUALIFYING QUALIFIED IMMUNITY: YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND TOMORROW” January 26, 2022 — The Dickinson Law Review will present “Qualifying Qualified Immunity: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow,” beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 25 in the Apfelbaum Family Courtroom and Auditorium, Lewis Katz Hall, Dickinson Law. PENN STATE DICKINSON LAW RECEIVES INVITATION TO WHITE HOUSE AND DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE LAW SCHOOL DEAN EVENT January 25, 2022 — Eight Penn State Dickinson Law scholars have received an invitation to participate in a White House and Department of Justice virtual meeting to be held on January 28, 2022. This offer was made on behalf of the White House and the Department of Justice in order to recognize and discuss Dickinson Law’s efforts to secure access to justice and housing stability in the months ahead. DICKINSON LAW SCHOLARS PRESENT AT 2022 AALS ANNUAL MEETING January 2022 — The Association of American Law Schools (AALS) held their 2022 Annual Meeting on Freedom, Equality, and the Common Good from January 5-9. This virtual event provided participants with an opportunity to discuss how our legal system should deal with the realities of a post-pandemic world and explored how crafting a common understanding of what freedom means in a democratic society can be very complicated, particularly in the face of a crisis. CORENS COMMIT AN ADDITIONAL $1 MILLION TO PENN STATE DICKINSON LAW December 15, 2021 — Steven M.
