DICKINSON LAW WELCOMES INCOMING STUDENTS August 2023 — Penn State Dickinson Law welcomed 108 members of the Juris Doctor Class of 2026 to campus for the first full day of orientation on Thursday, August 17, 2023. In addition, three transfer students, 11 Master of Laws (LL.M.) students, and two Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) students were also welcomed to campus. Full story |

PENN STATE PRESIDENT NEELI BENDAPUDI ACCEPTS PANEL RECOMMENDATION TO REUNITE PENN STATE’S TWO LAW SCHOOLS August 2023 — President Neeli Bendapudi has accepted the recommendations of the panel appointed to advise how to best reunite the University’s two separately accredited law schools, Penn State Dickinson Law and Penn State Law, into a singularly accredited law school. WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? ADDRESSING THE SCOTUS DECISIONS ON AFFIRMATIVE ACTION August 2023 — Penn State Dickinson Law and the Antiracist Development Institute (ADI), in collaboration with the RISE Alliance, a national center within the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), will convene a panel of law school and legal experts to address the implications of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v.
