ASSOCIATE DEAN DODGE AND ADI PROGRAM MANAGER STALLWORTH PRESENT TO LEADERSHIP HARRISBURG AREA

Jeffrey A. Dodge and TaWanda Hunter StallworthMarch 2024 — Jeffrey A. Dodge, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor of Law, and Joseph H. Goldstein Faculty Scholar, and TaWanda Hunter Stallworth, Antiracist Development Institute Program Manager, presented to the Executive Leadership Series (ELS) of Leadership Harrisburg Area. The ELS was founded in 1995 as a means for executives who care to raise their profile; gain insights to the issues and challenges of the Capital Region; and partake in behind-the-scenes tours, networking, and business and community collaborations. Stallworth is an alum of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s programs and currently serves on its Board of Directors.

Dodge and Stallworth’s presentation introduced the group to Penn State Dickinson Law and the Antiracist Development Institute. It included an overview of the curriculum, career outcomes, and admissions process as well as the history and status the antiracism commitments, including the Race and Equal Protection of the Law course, Antiracist Development Institute, and related book series.


Jeffrey A. Dodge, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor of Law and Joseph H. Goldstein Faculty Scholar at Penn State Dickinson Law, has spent nearly 20 years in legal education. Dean Dodge has broad experience overseeing law school and University-level offices of student services, international programs, admissions, academic success, career services, and more. He has taught and presented on topics in the fields of family law, education law, international human rights, and LGBTQ+ inequality. His scholarship focuses on the intersection of educational access and minoritized communities. Dean Dodge is past chair of the Association of American Law Schools Student Services, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Issues, and International Legal Exchange sections. He has served on the national diversity committee of the Law School Admissions Council, as an American Bar Association accreditation site evaluator, and a three time director of the CLEO Pre-Law Summer Institute.
