Drawing upon the authors’ business law expertise, this article addresses typical implementation challenges in pursuing distinctive and meaningful law school strategies within the context of existing law school governance. It discusses the theoretical foundations of resource management in achieving competitive advantages as well as the sources of common implementation problems.
