PROFESSOR ANDREA MARTIN CONDUCTS WRITING WORKSHOP AT THE DAUPHIN COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION CAPITAL AREA MANAGING PARTNERS PROGRAM
June 2025 — Professor Andrea Martin delivered a Writing Workshop at the Dauphin County Bar Association Capital Area Managing Partners (CAMP) Program on June 4. The workshop is designed to support future attorneys in their summer internships by helping them develop and perfect the skills necessary to produce top-quality legal writing.
Through Professor Martin’s partnership with the Dauphin County Bar Association, she provides professional guidance and shares practical knowledge during the critical transition from law student to legal practitioner. Her goals are to support new attorneys, strengthen our community, and elevate standards of competence, ethics, and professionalism.
The CAMP program provides law students, including Penn State Dickinson Law students, with an 8-week internship at a law firm, public agency, or in-house legal department. During their internships, students are exposed to substantive legal work, educational programming, and networking opportunities.
Professor Andrea J. Martin researches the intersection of law and antisemitism within broad legal, historical, and political contexts and explores its connection to other forms of group-based hate. Her scholarship focuses on constitutional issues and the intersection of the law with historical and contemporary antisemitism and racism. Her scholarly work is dedicated to proposing legal strategies and policies to combat these issues.
