A Dickinson Law Favorite:
Hosting Black History Month Curtilage Comeback with BLSA!

Why Dickinson Law?:
After living in New York City, I wanted a change of pace and to escape the big city. When I visited Penn State Dickinson Law, I immediately fell in love with the picturesque town and the close-knit school community. The intentionally small class sizes provide ample opportunities for meaningful interactions with both peers and professors. At Dickinson Law, you’re not just a number; you’re part of a supportive and engaged academic community.

Legal Intern — White House Counsel's Office
Policy Intern — NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund (LDF)
Legal Intern — New York Civil Liberties Union (ACLU of New York)

Legal Extern — Pennsylvania State Senate (Democratic Appropriations Committee)

Favorite Course:
Property Law with Professor Williams

Advice for Prospective Law Students:
Run your own race, even if that means following an unconventional path. There is no single way to achieve success in law school or in the legal profession. Trust instincts, be open to new opportunities, and never forget your “why.”

Something You Love About Carlisle:
I love how walkable the town is. As a certified New Yorker, I do not drive and have found it easy to get around without a vehicle.

On Choosing A Law School:
Carefully weigh the debt you’ll accumulate and how it aligns with your long-term goals. Equally important is finding a school that offers a supportive learning environment where you can thrive both academically and personally.

You’d Never Guess That… :
I have ALL Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s books.

Favorite Book:
Born A Crime by Trevor Noah
