Life before Penn State Dickinson Law:
I’m originally from North Carolina, and I attended Clemson for my undergrad. I was involved in student organizations and attended all the athletic events I could throughout the school year.

A Penn State Dickinson Law Favorite:
The library – there is always a spot to quietly read, work, or just get a break between classes!

Externship:
Assistant with PILOT Labs, working with a focus on data securities and A.I.

Favorite Course:
Criminal Procedure with Samuel Wiseman.

Advice for Prospective Law Students:
Don’t let yourself be intimidated by the workload or how ahead others may seem compared to you. You’re here because you want to be, and you are more than capable of success.

Something You Love about University Park:
The community, everyone is encouraged to get involved whether it’s trying out for mock trial, joining the various organizations, or just attending tailgates with peers.

On Choosing a Law School:
For me, it centered around finding a school that gave me the opportunities I wanted to pursue. To me this looked like asking what classes the school offered, what types of law I was interested in, and if it was in a location that I wanted to be in. It’s important to understand what you want out of law school; your goals should guide your decision.

You’d Never Guess That:
I make different playlists for the day of every exam.

Favorite Book:
All Quiet on The Western Front, by Erich Maria Remarque
