EXTREME HOME TAKEOVERS: DEALING WITH THOSE CONCERNED RELATIVES June 2020 — Professor of Law Katherine Pearson is frequently called upon to share her knowledge of elder law. This summer, Professor Pearson presented virtually at the Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma Third Annual Memorial Elder Abuse Symposium, which focused on the legal issues and impact of elder abuse and exploitation.
