Free Speech & Free Expression: Expert Panel Discussion

Join us for a virtual panel on free speech. Expert panelists will discuss what type of speech is and is not protected under the First Amendment, the University’s policies regarding free speech on (and off) campus, the special standards that the ABA has established for law schools governing free speech and expression, the limits that the University may impose on speech, how the First Amendment applies to student posts on social media, and how best to respond to speech you don’t like.
