Alumni Weekend 2026

We invite our Penn State Dickinson Law alumni community for a weekend of connection at our historic Carlisle location!

We look forward to welcoming our alumni classes back to reminisce, learn and celebrate. You’ll have the chance to reconnect with your classmates and fellow alumni while meeting current law students, faculty and staff.

Reunions for law classes ending in 1s and 6s*

*Penn State Dickinson Law will recognize these class years during Alumni Weekend. Please note that quinquennial reunions are alumni-organized. We encourage you to reach out to your classmates to drive participation!

Accommodations

Alumni traveling in may take advantage of our special rate room block at the Comfort Suites Downtown Carlisle, or choose to explore one of the many lodging options in the area from cozy bed and breakfasts to appointed hotels. We encourage alumni to book accommodations soon as rooms fill up quickly.

Friday, October 2

5:00 - 7:00 PM | Welcome Reception Under the Tent

Kick off the weekend with fellow alumni for an evening of connection, drinks and hors d’oeuvres!

Saturday, October 3

9:00 AM | Registration

Registration begins at 9:00 AM and will remain open until noon.

Throughout the Day:

  • Law school tours, including library, Apfelbaum Family Courtroom, and more!
  • Historic law school landmark tours
  • Merchandise pop-up shop

9:00 - 10:00 AM | Coffee and Conversation

Enjoy a light breakfast and each other’s company as we start the day with sustenance and connection.

10:00 AM - Noon | CLE Offerings

Two CLE Offerings – subjects and presenters will be announced soon!

Noon - 2:00 PM | Lunch Gathering

Enjoy a catered luncheon for alumni, students, faculty and staff under the tent.

2:00 - 3:00 PM | Alumni Society Board Meeting Open Session

Attend an open session of the Alumni Society Board meeting. Learn about the initiatives these alumni leaders are spearheading, and how you can be involved!

2:00 - 3:30 PM | Law Clinic Open House

Stop by to learn more about the work of our legal clinics.

3:00 - 5:30 PM | Alumni Weekend Reception

Join your fellow alumni, along with Penn State Dickinson Law faculty and staff, for a celebratory reception. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, raise a glass and connect!

Evening

Following the programmed portions of the day, alumni classes are welcome to plan independent reunion gatherings. There are many fantastic spots in downtown Carlisle to continue the celebration!
