Biography
Jenny Kim is an assistant professor of law at Penn State Dickinson Law. Professor Kim’s research interests are grounded in the notion of freedom in the law, as examined through the lenses of personal and professional identities. Her research interests sit at the intersection of her own personal and professional experiences in domestic violence, immigration, and the legal profession. Her current work explores the misconstruction of domestic violence to re-engage the conversation around the limitations and opportunities that exist under the present criminal law domestic violence schema.
