Biography
Harrison Spencer currently serves as the senior labor and employment attorney for the Military District of Washington. He has worked for the Department of the Army and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and litigated numerous cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, he has advised senior Army Officials regarding procurement fraud and debarment. Previously, he worked as a criminal prosecutor in Ford County, Kansas.
