Biography
Francesca is an accomplished attorney and corporate counsel with extensive experience in technology transactions, commercial contracting, corporate governance, and business law. She currently serves as General Counsel, Americas, for Hansen Technologies, where she leads all legal operations across the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, and South Africa. Her work includes negotiating complex software licensing and SaaS agreements, advising on compliance and risk mitigation, overseeing litigation and outside counsel, guiding employment and policy matters, supporting M&A activities, and steering corporate restructuring and governance initiatives.
