Biography
Eric Athey retired from private practice in December 2024 as a member of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, where he practiced labor law, employment law and employee benefits law. During the course of his 33-year career, he served as co-chair of McNees’ Labor and Employment Group and chaired the firm’s Employee Benefits Group. He also served as managing partner of another firm for a period of time and completed a term as President of the Lancaster Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, Eric taught Labor Relations for several semesters at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
