Biography

Barrett Marshall serves as Director of the Miller Center for Public Interest Law and Advocacy at Penn State Dickinson Law, where they work to expand opportunities for students to engage in public interest and pro bono work throughout their legal education. They oversee the Public Interest Scholars Program, develop programming and partnerships, connect students with experiential and professional opportunities, and mentor students exploring how public service can become part of their professional identity.
