Barrett Marshall

Barrett has built a career at the intersection of legal practice, education, advocacy, and institutional change. Their professional experience spans civil rights and discrimination law, higher education, nonprofit and community-based work, and organizational leadership. Across these settings, their work has focused on making complex legal and institutional systems more accessible and helping individuals and organizations navigate those systems effectively.

Barrett also teaches graduate courses in law, ethics, health administration, and leadership. Teaching and mentorship have been consistent threads throughout their career, reflecting their commitment to helping emerging professionals develop the knowledge, judgment, and sense of professional responsibility necessary to serve their communities.

Barrett earned a B.A. in English from Penn State and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. They are admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
