Jessica E. Brewbaker graduated from Shippensburg University in 1997 (summa cum laude) and as the 2000 class valedictorian of the Dickinson School of Law. She served as an attorney in the Cumberland County Public Defender Office from 2000-2005, when she was elected Magisterial District Judge for the Carlisle Borough. During her service as a magisterial district judge, Judge Brewbaker also worked for the law office of Michael L. Bangs in Camp Hill, doing legal research and writing, and as an associate attorney with Turo Robinson Attorneys at Law in Carlisle. She served for six years on the Board of Directors of Safe Harbour Homeless Shelter, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Cumberland County Bar Association. Judge Brewbaker is active in the local community and with the Cumberland County Inns of Court. Judge Brewbaker was elected to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas in November of 2015.
