About Levin
Anna T. Levin is a bilingual lawyer and bioethicist licensed in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She also serves as senior health policy analyst and project leader for a nonprofit.
Levin’s areas of interest include Bioethics, Health Law, Health Policy, Hospital Law, Healthcare Compliance, Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security, and Administrative Law. Levin is an advocate for donor conceived persons, using her personal story and professional background to advocate for much-needed change in the fertility industry. In addition, Professor Levin is an advocate for “Death with Dignity,” following the loss of a family member to suicide.
Levin received a bachelor of arts degree in public health studies and French from Johns Hopkins University and a juris doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
The American Bar Association has granted conditional approval for Penn State Dickinson Law and Penn State Law to reunify and operate as Penn State University’s single law school under the name Penn State Dickinson Law with locations in Carlisle and University Park. Danielle M. Conway is the dean of the unified Penn State Dickinson Law, which will enroll a unified class in fall 2025.
