Professor Woolford teaches Construction and Surety Law.  He is the founding member of Woolford Law, P.C., a law firm that provides legal services exclusively to the construction, design and real estate development industries. Woolford Law's clients include prominent general contractors, subcontractors, project owners, design professionals and real estate developers. The firm has a thorough understanding of the construction, design and development industries and counsels its clients on strategies that can transform a troubled project into a successful one. He regularly represents parties in construction disputes for amounts ranging from $50,000 to $50 million. Professor Woolford is widely experienced in representing construction professionals in state and federal courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and disputes before the Board of Claims.

Professor Woolford is a frequent contributor to regional and national publications and regularly speaks on important construction-related topics. He also holds seminars for construction professionals on construction project documentation, effective contract negotiation, and other topics.
