Whether this is your organization's first time recruiting at Penn State Law, or if your team has welcomed numerous students and alumni into your organization, we invite you to explore our recruitment options below and contact us with any questions, or to discuss additional options.
Post a Job
If seeking to fill summer, part-time, entry-level, or lateral employment needs, the CSO encourages employers to submit a job listing on Law Lion Careers. This service is free for employers and you may create your own 12Twenty account which will enable you to post available positions. If you are registering for the first time, please allow between one and two business days for your registration to be reviewed and approved.
On-Campus Interview Program (OCI)
We coordinate and host On-Campus Interviews (OCI) at both of our locations, Carlisle and University Park, and we are excited to connect you with our students and assist you with your hiring needs. Check back for more information and upcoming OCI dates for fall 2025.
