CARLISLE, PA—Professor Ronnie R. Gipson Jr. was recently a panelist during the American Bar Association International Law Section’s session titled “What’s Happening in Myanmar? The Continued Decline of Rights and the Rule of Law.” The session focused on how the civil war in Myanmar affects the rule of law, human rights issues, and what the people of Myanmar hope the international community can do to bring peace, security, and justice to their country.
