He commented on the recent reappointment of Harvard President Alan M. Garber
CARLISLE, Pa.—Penn State Dickinson Law Distinguished Fellow in Law and Government Stanley M. Brand recently commented on the reappointment of Harvard President Alan M. Garber and its impact on the university’s litigation with the federal government.
“One challenge will be deciding at what point he [Garber] has enough to call a truce, to make a settlement,” Brand told The Harvard Crimson. “That’s going to be a challenge, not necessarily a legal challenge, but that’s almost a political challenge.”

He is a co-author, with Professor Lance Cole, of a casebook on Congressional Investigations.
