Stanley Brand, Distinguished Fellow in Law and Government at Penn State Dickinson Law and a Washington, D.C.-based criminal defense lawyer, commented on the likelihood of pending legislation to result in release of the so-called Epstein files. The files relate to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and the Department of Justice investigation of his case.
