He offered insights on legal challenges to recent stances by the U.S. EEOC
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.—Professor Michael Foreman provided insights for a Law 360 article on legal challenges to recent stances by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
"Having worked at the EEOC and being familiar with it, I haven't seen this type of litigation, because, frankly, I've never seen this type of action from the EEOC," Foreman said in the article. "It's a marked difference from decades of what EEOC has done, through various administrations."
