UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.—The Northwestern University Law Review recently cited a statement from Michael Foreman, clinical professor of law and director of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic.
Foreman’s “Remarks at EEOC Meeting on Employment Discrimination Faced by Individuals with Arrest and Conviction Records” was cited in the fourth issue of Volume 120 of the journal in an article titled “Negligent Hiring: Recidivism and Employment With a Criminal Record.” The citation occurs in footnote 119.
Professor Michael Foreman focuses on appellate representation in civil rights issues and employment discrimination cases and directs Penn State Dickinson Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, which has served as counsel of record on numerous cases in United States Supreme Court and the federal appellate courts.
