UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.—Michael Foreman, clinical professor of law and director of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, will take part in an upcoming webinar by the Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

"From Hiring to Firing: What Every Lawyer Should Know About Employment Law" will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 11:30 a.m. –1 p.m.

Other panelists will include Sara Myirski, associate at Fisher Phillips, and Larry Weisberg, partner at Weisberg Cummings, P.C. Madelyn Snyder ’22 will moderate the panel, which will provide insight from both the employer's and employee's perspective, exploring recent jurisprudential and administrative developments in every stage of employment, from pre-employment and hiring considerations to termination and post-employment considerations.

Professor Michael Foreman focuses on appellate representation in civil rights issues and employment discrimination cases and directs Penn State Dickinson Law’s Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, which has served as counsel of record on numerous cases in United States Supreme Court and the federal appellate courts.
