CARLISLE, Pa.—Martin Skladany, Samuel Weiss Faculty Scholar and professor of law, recently published an article in Noema proposing a new AI safety measure. “The Case for AI 'Datarails'” argues we must prevent artificial intelligence (AI) models from learning about human weaknesses by banning certain data from their training sets, such as behavioral economics and neuroscience research.
