Professor Mae C. Quinn publishes article in Pittsburgh Law Review

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA—Professor Mae C. Quinn continues her work focusing on "childism," youth justice, and the rules of evidence. Her newest article on this front is entitled, “Childhood, Likelihood and Probative Value: A Further Call for Greater Probity and Less Childism in Evidence Law.” Leah Morin ’26 served as Quinn's research assistant, supporting efforts to bring the paper to press.

Professor Mae C. Quinn brings over 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney, civil rights advocate, and leader in the legal academy to her role at Penn State Dickinson Law. Her scholarship, cited widely by courts, advocates, and academics alike, has been published in leading journals, including the Boston College Law Review, BYU Law Review, Iowa Law Review, SMU Law Review, Wake Forest Law Review, Washington and Lee Law Review, Harvard Journal of Gender and Law, and New York University Review of Law and Social Change.
