Professor Jill C. Engle co-authors forthcoming article in Rutgers Law Review
“A Dean Like Me: What Diverse Faculty Expect of Diverse Deans” will publish in 2026
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.—Professor Jill C. Engle has co-authored a piece forthcoming in the Rutgers Law Review. “A Dean Like Me: What Diverse Faculty Expect of Diverse Deans,” co-authored with University of Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law Professor Maryam Ahranjani, will be published in 2026.
Jill C. Engle is professor of clinical law and associate director of the Antiracist Development Institute at Penn State Dickinson Law. Previously, she was the associate dean for academic affairs in University Park from July 2019 until December 2022. She has also served as the director of the University Park Family Law Clinic, Externships, and Public Interest programs. Professor Engle’s scholarship examines constitutional law, gender and racial justice, economic inequality, human rights, and best practices in legal education.
