Professor Gaudion discusses legality of military drones with WITF Smart Talk
On June 23, 2015, Dickinson Law Professor Amy C. Gaudion joined host Scott Lamar and Storyshop filmmaker Tom Keiter on WITF's Smart Talk to discuss the legality of military drones. Professor Gaudion serves as legal advisor and executive producer of World on Trial.
World on Trial is an international human rights television and web program that presents both sides of sharply contested international human rights issues in the context of courtroom trials before live multinational juries. World on Trial's second episode, "Drones and Human Rights," debated whether the use of drones by the U.S. government is a legal and effective counterterrorism tactic or a violation of the right to life.
