CARLISLE, Pa.—Professor Andrea J. Martin is playing a prominent national role in advancing scholarship and dialogue at the intersection of law and antisemitism as a member of the Steering Committee for the Law and Antisemitism Conference, hosted by Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law in New York City. This year’s conference, taking place March 8–9, brings together law faculty, legal practitioners, policymakers, scholars, students, and community professionals to examine the legal dimensions of antisemitism and to develop legal strategies to combat all forms of Jew-hatred.

Martin will moderate multiple panels and will also present on two panels—one focused on emerging initiatives in Jewish Legal Studies and another examining antisemitism in unions, Coercion and Collective Action, a focus of her scholarship. Widely regarded as the leading national forum where Jewish legal academics connect, network, and explore collaboration, the Law and Antisemitism Conference is sponsored by Cardozo School of Law, the Center for the Study of Law and Antisemitism, the Academic Engagement Network, the Center for Jewish Legal Studies, and the Stirk Center for Law and Antisemitism.

Martin’s leadership underscores Penn State Dickinson Law’s growing influence in shaping legal scholarship and policy conversations on antisemitism. The conference is open for registration by clicking here.
