Professor Amy C. Gaudion presents at the 2026 Civics for Lawyers CLE Program

CARLISLE— Professor Amy C. Gaudion was invited to give a presentation as part of Civics for Lawyers 2026, a CLE program hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on June 9, 2026.

The program explored the role of lawyers in preserving and strengthening civic institutions while providing practical insight into the constitutional framework, separation of powers, the rule of law, and the evolving challenges facing the legal system today. Gaudion gave a presentation on “Constitutional Law Foundations: Structure, Powers, and Rights,” and other panels covered “Democracy and the Law: Voting, Civic Responsibility, and the First Amendment” and “Vote to Verdict: From Concept to Conclusion.”

Gaudion’s panel was moderated by Penn State Dickinson Law alumna Ana Paulina Gomez ’10.

Amy C. Gaudion is a professor of law at Penn State Dickinson Law as well as the founder of Penn State Dickinson Law’s annual cyberspace simulation with the U.S. Army War College. Her scholarship focuses on constitutional law, national security law, and civil-military relations, and she leads the Law School’s national security and cyberspace programs.
