CARLISLE and UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.—On Friday, January 16, 2026, Senior Associate Dean for Student Lifecycle Operations and Administration Bekah Saidman-Krauss, Senior Assistant Dean of Academic and Student Services Valerie James, and Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Services Giselle Santibañez-Bania attended the 2026 Keystone Title IX & Education Law Summit at Kutztown University.
The program covered Title IV enforcement trends, digital sexual harassment, Title IX hearings, pre-litigation strategies, and restorative practices. Colleagues from several other Penn State units were in attendance.
