About Persun

The core of my practice is state and local taxation, creditors’ rights, and commercial law. I daily advise business and individual clients on a variety of Pennsylvania state and local tax issues, and appear on their behalf before administrative agencies and courts in Pennsylvania to challenge tax assessments and to pursue claims for tax refund. My career began in 1971.
