Life Before Penn State Dickinson Law
I am a proud Fulbright Scholar with a deep passion for democracy and constitutional issue. I have spent over five years as a lecturer at a university in my home country, where I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring students in those fields. In addition to my academic role, I actively contribute as a volunteer journal editor and manager, focusing on law, human right, democracy and community service. I hold an LL.B. from Universitas Sebelas Maret and an LL.M. from Universitas Gadjah Mada, both of which have provided me with a strong academic foundation and a commitment to ethical values, constitutionalism, and social justice.
Research Focus
My dissertation focuses on judicial independence and its resilience toward the fluctuation of democracy, particularly in Indonesia. This research would be inter-discipline in nature and involving comparative law method in several aspects.
