Life before Penn State Dickinson Law:

• Graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2023.
• During my undergraduate, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for children with autism living in group homes.
• Worked as a Courtroom Assistant/Intern at the Maricopa Superior Court.
• Served as a Legislative Correspondent Intern for the U.S. House of Representatives.

A Penn State Dickinson Law Favorite:
There are many favorites at Penn State Dickinson Law. This includes its professors, the close-knit community, experiential learning opportunities, and the cute town of Carlisle itself.

Why Penn State Dickinson Law?:
Because of its strong focus on experiential learning, close faculty–student relationships, and opportunities to engage directly with the local legal community in Carlisle, as well as its heavy emphasis on providing a quality education.

Externship Experience:
None thus far, but over the summer I completed an internship with National District Attorneys Association where I gained valuable legal research experience and plan on applying for an externship with a judge next semester (Spring 26’).

Favorite Course:
So far, contract law and business entities.

Advice for Prospective Law Students:
The only competition worth having is with the person you were yesterday and never put yourself down by comparing to others.

Something you Love about Carlisle or University Park:
In Carlisle, most things are walking distance which I love.

On Choosing a Law School:
Focus on finding a school where you’ll thrive not just academically but personally, look for community, mentorship, and opportunities that align with your specific goals.
