PROFESSOR GAUDION’S STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN JOINT CYBERSPACE EXERCISE WITH THE U.S. ARMY WAR COLLEGE February 2022 — Professor Amy Gaudion’s students recently participated in the 2022 Joint Cyberspace Law & Policy Simulation, an annual collaboration between Penn State Dickinson Law and the U.S. Army War College. In this simulation, now in its fifth year, teams of Dickinson Law and U.S. Army War College students work on interdisciplinary teams to resolve an international cyberspace dispute. Full story |

Laddie Montague Jr. Chair in Law and Professor of Law Emerita, recently provided oral and written comments to the American Bar Association regarding a proposed new ethics rule. DEAN CONWAY TO SPEAK AT J. SHERWOOD McGINNIS, JR. WAR, PEACE AND JUSTICE SYMPOSIUM February 2022 — Danielle M. Conway, Dean and Donald J. Farage Professor of Law at Penn State Dickinson Law, will participate in a panel discussion on “Transforming Conflict: Rethinking War, Peace, and Justice” as part of the J. Sherwood McGinnis Jr. War, Peace and Justice Symposium.
