This CLE is presented by Gary Gildin, Emeritus Dean and Professor of Law; Hon. G. Thomas and Anne G. Miller Chair in Advocacy; and Director of the Center for Public Interest Law and Advocacy at Penn State Dickinson Law.
Pennsylvania-licensed attorneys may earn one hour of substantive CLE credit at no cost. Certificates of attendance will be provided for submission to out-of-state CLE boards; however, approval of out-of-state credit is not guaranteed.
