Understanding the Basics of Right to Farm Laws

The Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law will host a webinar on March 27 from Noon to 1:00 p.m. providing an overview of Right to Farm laws, with particular emphasis on Pennsylvania’s Right to Farm statute.
This program will explain the basic protections and requirements of Right to Farm laws, examine how Pennsylvania courts have applied these laws through case decisions, and discuss associated legal issues affecting agricultural operations and landowners.
Continuing Legal Education Credit:
Pennsylvania-licensed attorneys may earn 1 hour of substantive CLE credit and 1 hour of ethics CLE credit at no cost.
