Filmmaker and Writer Emmett Jack Lundberg to visit Dickinson Law
On Wednesday, March 29, the Dickinson Law community will welcome filmmaker and writer Emmett Jack Lundberg, creator of BROTHERS, an original, narrative web series following the daily lives of four transgender male friends in Brooklyn dealing with issues such as homophobia, transphobia, dysphoria, dating, and more.
Beginning at 6 p.m. in the Apfelbaum Family Courtroom and Auditorium, Lundberg will share a short clip from BROTHERS, followed by an excerpt from Finding Masculinity read by Lundberg. He will then host an interactive question and answer session. Autographed copies of Lundberg's book will be available for $10 plus tax following the Q&A.
This program is open to the public. There is no cost to attend. Please register here.
Lundberg also co-edited and contributed to Finding Masculinity, a collection of stories from a small cross section of the transgender male community that share insight into the diversity of life experiences of transgender men beyond the traditional narrative.
