ML Forum Presentation: Farm Fresh Broadband: The Politics of Rural Connectivity

The Manglona Lab at Penn State Dickinson Law and the Antiracist Development Institute present, "Farm Fresh Broadband: The Politics of Rural Connectivity," the inaugural event in the Manglona Lab Forum (ML Forum) series. The ML Forum aims to connect law students with ideas, scholarship, and dialogue, and will feature guest speakers on various topics. Our inaugural ML Forum guest speaker, Christopher Ali, Ph.D., Pioneers Chair in Telecommunications and Professor of Telecommunications at Penn State, will discuss his book Farm Fresh Broadband, which examines the politics of broadband policy, highlights the rural broadband divide in America, explores the policies that have failed to bridge the divide, and urges action.
Refreshments will be served following the discussion.
