Biography
Elizabeth (Beth) Osborne joined the Montague Law Library in 2026 as Director of Public Services. She is also a Professor at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she teaches first-year Legal Research. Previously, she served as Chief of the Public Services Division at the Law Library of Congress. Before pursuing librarianship, Professor Osborne practiced civil litigation in New York, primarily as a court attorney at the New York County Supreme Civil Court. She is admitted to practice in New York and holds retired status in Connecticut and associate status in Virginia.
