Biography
Damon C. Hopkins has been practicing law in Pennsylvania for 30 years. Damon started as a criminal prosecutor in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. He handled numerous high profile trials, including Capital Homicides. Later, he was promoted and placed in charge of the Child Abuse Crimes division.
Damon opened his own private practice in 2004. He has a proven record of success in reaching client’s goals and has a level of jury trial experience few others can match. He represents clients in criminal defense, DUI defense, family law, divorce, child custody, child support, division of marital property, Collaborative law, juvenile law, personal injury, estate planning, probate and estate administration services. Damon has also argued dozens of cases before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
